OUR MISSION STATEMENT

To strengthen and increase safety in our communities through self-development, effective coordinated prevention & intervention programs, that will support its young adults to aspire into productive citizens, who contribute positively to their schools, homes & abroad.

OUR STORY

The 21 Tiers Nonprofit Foundation was founded in memory of Emantic Fitzgerald Bradford, Jr., who was killed on November 22, 2018, inside the Riverchase Galleria. The murder of our son led us to turn our sorrow into action and to fight against injustices caused by those who are sworn to protect and serve our communities.  The increase of violence in our city, intensified our mission to ensure our communities are a safe and productive space for our children and the generations to come.
